Headquartered in Houston, Texas, Blue Quality Services was founded on the industry need for a robust, third party quality assurance program during the design and construction of commercial buildings. BLUE focuses on providing active recommendations during the design, actionable advice during construction, and utilizing industry best practice testing methods to deliver quantitative results that verify the performance of systems.
Our perspective is rooted in the evaluation and analysis of building enclosure failures in existing buildings. We incorporate this unique perspective into our consulting and preventative assessments for new construction to assist in avoiding future building system failures.
The services we provide are targeted to the high risk, high value components of modern buildings. They include field based installation reviews, documentation of installed conditions, in-situ performance testing of assemblies, and recommendations for construction conflict resolutions.

Supporting the needs of our clients is our priority. By becoming an American Architectural Manufactures Association (AAMA) accredited laboratory, we are enabled to provide even more value to builders and owners that Demand Quality.

Our testing occurs in the field and provides quick feedback regarding the quality of installation of window, wall, and roof systems. Laboratory accreditation adds to our credibility and ensures that testing methods are accurate and reliable.
