Coatings & Sealants

We provide independent third party verification of the installation including thickness of material and ambient conditions during construction. This documentation provides another level of assurance that the installation of materials will perform and the manufacturers warranty will be in place.

Our Quality Assurance Package includes visits to the project site in order to verify that installation of coatings and sealants meet manufacturers specifications, check for best practices, and ensure compatibility with other systems and materials.

• Sample thickness of fluid applied material
  
• Collect ambient conditions during installation
• Perform ASTM C 1521 - Sealant Pull Test

We perform these reviews as part of a stand-alone diagnostic service as well as a part of our comprehensive quality assurance site inspections.
