Whole Building Air Leakage Testing

Since 2009, we have provided Whole Building Air Leakage Testing consistent with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers testing protocol. Few others can match our early adoption of this rigorous testing practice.

Our calibrated fans have been shipped across the country to perform tests on Military facilities including Armed Forces Reserve Centers, Tactical Equipment Maintenance Facilities, Barracks Buildings, and Aircraft Maintenance Hangars. We’ve found that owning our own equipment, utilizing an in-house, fully trained staff, and self-performing each Air Leakage Test, provides the most value to our clients.

As a value added service to our clients, we recommend Air Barrier System Design Reviews and Quality Assurance Site Visits during construction to ensure design meets project specifications. This helps to resolve any material or system conflicts early and enables real time solutions to any existing problem conditions prior to the construction of the buildings air barrier system. These services, combined with our hands on testing approach, gives our clients confidence that their building will meet the minimum leakage rate.
