Testing for air leakage in buildings is the only way to ensure the enclosure design is sufficient and the installation of the air barrier system is adequate.

Blue Quality Services has extensive experience performing Air Tightness Testing across a wide array of facility types and has a proven track record for assessing quality in large commercial buildings.

We’ve found that owning our own equipment, utilizing an in-house, fully trained staff, and self-performing each Air Leakage Test, provides the most value to our clients. Using a specialized, state-of-the art testing approach, our certified technicians measure air leakage rates through the building envelope under controlled pressurization and depressurization in order to develop an understanding of the buildings' air barrier continuity and installation quality.
